Your program can include:
Individual therapy sessions (CBT and ACT) that teach you new ways to respond to your anxiety or OCD, while celebrating your successes
Both scheduled and as-needed real-world exposure coaching by text, phone, and video, so support is within reach
Skills practice groups and exposure groups
Family therapy sessions and parent/caregiver groups that guide your family in how best to support you
Psychiatry sessions to provide medication management, if indicated
How your plan is personalized:
Scheduled sessions are arranged to fit your life and family schedule–and because they’re virtual, there’s no travel time
Real-time exposures are designed just for you, based on your age, fears, and what matters to you
Your treatment is time-bound, so that when you’re ready, you can move onto life without needing our care team. Our patients typically graduate after 4–12 months; your graduation date will be flexible, depending on your personal progress
